The UN Security Council has extended the European Union's 2,100 strong peacekeeping force in Bosnia for another year, emphasizing the importance of the country's progress toward Euro-Atlantic integration.
The council again reminded Bosnia's Muslims, Serbs and Croats that they have the primary responsibility in continuing to successfully implement the 1995 Dayton peace agreement. That agreement ended a bitterly divisive 3 1/2-year war in Bosnia.
